Wellington Golf Club has a great tradition with junior golf. WGC has been the home course for numerous Kansas State High School Champions in both team and individual competition. WGC currently hosts Junior Tournaments for KJGA, SCPGA, and WHS along with two events of it's own, the Wellington Junior Championship and the Parent-Child Championship. To help get junior players on the road to success, the Junior Golf Clinic is conducted in June and junior players normally have good access to the course.
In addition to the family membership, WGC has two membership plans just for junior players and also offers a reduced daily junior green fee rate.
