CITY OF WELLINGTON, KANSAS MULCHING REBATE PROGRAM

The City of Wellington is again offering to their residential sanitation customers a rebate on mulching mowers and mulching kits. Mowers and kits must be purchased between January 1, 2009 and August 31, 2009. Forms must be submitted by September 14, 2009. Only one rebate per household will be given.
