Engineering Office

The City Engineer for Wellington, Kansas is Larry Mangan, P.E.. Larry has a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla. The City Engineer's Office is responsible for Central Inspection (building inspections), Planning and Zoning, and Code Enforcement. The City Engineer has 4 full time employees in the department that report to him. Mr. Mangan reports directly to the City Manager.
