Mission Statement

The Wellington Fire / EMS mission is to prevent the occurrence of fires, suppress the fires that do occur and provide emergency medical care to the injured and sick.

The City of Wellington has an ISO Rating (Insurance Services Organization) of 5. This is on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being the best and 10 being no fire protection.  These rating are what the insurance copmanies base their fire insurance premiums on.
