It is the goal of the City to maintain the safest working environment possible for its' employees. A Safety Committee was established to review accidents, address safety issues, develop safety programs and promote a safe working environment.
The Safety meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month from 12:00 P.M. until 1:00 P.M.
The Safety Committee is represented by members and alternate members from each of the following departments of the City. If you have a safety concern, we encourage you to talk with one of the members or call Bill Hellard at (620) 326-7443. His e-mail address is billhellard@cityofwellington.net.
