No.  The City has a Compost Site available through most of the year for citizens to take and dispose of tree limbs.  See the Compost Site page for hours of operation.

A Street Closing/Special Event Request must be completed and submitted to the City Manager's Office at least 30 days prior to the closing/event.  For any closing of a residential street, the applicant is required to obtain a signature of the owner/occupant of properties within the closed area indicating the owner/occupant's support or non-support for the closure.  Signatures shall be on a City provided form.  The level of support from the residents of the closed area will be taken into consideration when the City Council considers approval at a regularly scheduled Council meeting after submittal of the request and signature form, when applicable.  The Request form contains a number of other restrictions and requirements.  The Street Closing/Special Event Request and the Resident Signature Approval for Residential Street Closing form are available in the Document Center under Administration.
