The Street Department will assist in determining if culverts are needed for the installation of new
driveways/entrances and will determine the size and type of materials that are best for that location. The
Street Department will install the culvert after appropriate fees are paid in the City Clerk’s Office for the
cost of the material (plastic or concrete and rock, if required). Following the submittal of payment, utility
locates will be submitted by the Street Department and the installation will typically be completed,
weather permitting, within one week.
