Utility statements for the 15th of this month are delayed in being sent out. Meter readers are nearing the completion of routes and verifying readings for this billing cycle. The intent is to have bills sent out on Friday, July 23rd. Bill due dates will be adjusted to allow the standard 20 days before penalty date. Please be aware that bills normally sent out on the 1st of next month may also be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. The City has experienced a staff shortage in the meter reading positions that we are working to fill as soon as possible.
